At Muskoka Brewery, we’re particularly proud of our pure, unfiltered brewing method. As a result of this natural process, you might notice a slight haze and a little sediment in each bottle of unfiltered beer. This will dissolve back into the liquid when poured into a glass. What you’re seeing are, in fact, fine proteins that contribute to an improve aroma, hop flavour, body and mouthfeel. We leave these small proteins in purposely, as we believe this makes for truly natural premium beer in the tradition of quality, small batch brewing.
